CHS Greece Internship | USED SINCE Winter 2026

Please fill out the application completely before you click on the “Submit” button at the end of the form. The system will not save incomplete applications.

As part of the application process, please prepare the following documents in PDF format:

  1. Curriculum Vitae in English
  2. Cover Letter of no more than 800 words in English
  3. English-language Certification
  4. Copy of Trascript from Undergraduate Studies, in Greek if not available in English
  5. A letter from your Department, in Greek if not available in English, confirming the start date of your enrollment as a student of the Department. It should be issued in 2026 to verify your active student status for the current academic year.

The deadline for all submissions is Wednesday, March 25, 2026, midnight (Eastern European Time). Before submitting your application, please make sure you have completed all the steps for whitelisting the email address forms-greece@chs.harvard.edu (see the banner at the top of this page). Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of submission email (check your spam folder too). In case you fail to receive it, contact us immediately at programs-eventsgreece@chs.harvard.edu.

All references must be received by Sunday, March 29, 2026, midnight (Eastern European Time). Once you have completed your application, the application system will automatically contact your referee and ask them to fill out a brief questionnaire. It is your responsibility to follow up with your referee about the completion of this questionnaire.

All applicants will be notified about their applications by early May 2026.

We ask that you provide the contact information of one person who can speak to your work. We prefer this should be an academic reference who knows your work well and can support your candidacy. We will contact this person directly to request a recommendation. You should inform your recommender about your application so they are aware that we will be reaching out. It is your responsibility to follow up with them and ensure they have received the notification to submit the recommendation form. Only recommendations that respond directly to the questions asked will be considered. Please complete the following fields with your recommender’s information.
