and International Olympic Academy
with the support of the Center for Hellenic Studies (Greece), Harvard University

Please fill out the application completely before you click on the “Submit” button at the end of the form. The system will not save incomplete applications. For the essay questions that require a lengthier response, you may want to draft them in a separate word processor, and have them ready to paste into the application form.

As part of the application process, please prepare the following documents in PDF format:
1. Most recent transcript (first semester-current or final semester)
2. Resume in English.

*The files you upload should not exceed a combined total of 8MB, otherwise your application will be rejected by the system. All documents need to be clear and legible.

The deadline for all submissions is Wednesday, April 1, 2020 midnight (Eastern European Time). Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of submission email (check your spam folder). In case you fail to receive it, contact us immediately. All references must be received by April 3, 2020. Once you have completed your application, the CHS system will automatically contact your referee and ask them to fill out a brief questionnaire. It is your responsibility to follow up about the completion of this questionnaire.

The final decision about the selected participants will be made by early-mid April. Selected participants will be notified via email and receive all required guidance, information, and regulations for their participation. A waitlist will also be maintained.

If you have any questions regarding the application process or the Symposium, or if you fail to receive a confirmation of submission email, please contact CHS Greece Projects and Content Development Manager, Christina Lafi via email: clafi@chs.harvard.edu or phone: +30 698 688 8256, and/or IOA Sessions’ Coordinator, Marilena Katsadoraki via email: m.katsadoraki@ioa.org.gr or phone: +30 210 687 8810.
