CHS fellows are expected to document the development of their research and provide updates about their work in progress. Please complete the questions below in order to share your accomplishments during your fellowship term. At the end of the form, you will have the opportunity to upload your fellowship report.
The report should be 1500-2000 words, including an abstract (250 words) and a short, select bibliography. The report should be written for a general scholarly audience and describe your overall research goals as well as the progress and findings made at CHS. Please also discuss the broader impact of the research and its contributions to your immediate field and to the humanities in general.

Presentation and Publication Opportunities
The CHS will publish your report in the CHS Research Bulletin.
Acknowledgement of Support
The CHS expects that you will acknowledge the support you received for your research and inform the CHS of any publications, public performances, or exhibitions resulting from your work as a fellow.
Access to Research Materials
Please submit an updated biographical paragraph to accompany your published fellowship report; otherwise, the CHS will use the paragraph that you provided at the start of your fellowship.
