2025 APPLICATION FOR HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAM

Instructions for Applicants

Before proceeding to the application, please read carefully the thorough guidelines that folllow:

• Fill out the online application completely before you click on the “Submit” button at the end of the form!
• Avoid hitting the “Enter”/”Return” button. It might result in submiting an incomplete application.
• The system will not save incomplete applications. For questions that require lengthier responses, you may want to draft them in a separate document and have them ready to paste into the application form. Please note, once you submit the application, you cannot go back and revise it, so review it very carefully before you submit it.
• Check thoroughly that you have uploaded all the requested PDF files.
• Always bear in mind that the application system can only accept uploaded documents in PDF format and the files you upload should not exceed the size of 8MB each! If you submit a .doc or any other type file, the system will reject the file.
• To submit your transcripts (both past and current school year) and the English Language Certification (for Greek school students), scan the documents and export them as PDF files, then upload the PDF files where indicated.
• Upon submission of your application, you should see a confirmation page and you should receive an email confirmation from hssp_greece@chs.harvard.edu. If you do not receive confirmation that your application was received, first check your SPAM folder and if you still do not have a message, then contact Matina Goga at hssp_greece@chs.harvard.edu

The Center for Hellenic Studies in Greece will contact you again when your application reaches the final stage of the selection process.
