2020 Performing Texts Registration Form

Registration ends on May 31, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time

*In light of recent developments and following our discussions with the AKSS, we would like to inform you that in case the organizers decide to postpone or cancel the conference, all participants will be fully refunded by the AKSS for the “cost of participation”, which -depending on your registration- covers lodging, meals, coffee breaks, and attendance, but not travel or any other expenses that participants may incur*

Registration options (please read carefully and check the ONE option that is most suitable for you):

1) Full conference, July 1 – 5.
This option includes:
- Arrival/check in on July 1 (between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.), departure/check out on July 5 (before 3 p.m.).
- Attendance in all sessions of the conference (July 1 afternoon until July 5 early afternoon).
- Coffee breaks on July 2, 3, and 4.
- Lunches on July 2, 3, and 4 at the AKSS premises.
- Dinners on July 2 and 4.
- Conference material (photocopies, etc.).

2) Half conference, July 2 – 4.
This option includes:
- Arrival/check in on July 2 (before 12 p.m.), departure/check out on July 4 (before 2 p.m.)
- Attendance in the July 2 (afternoon), July 3 (morning and afternoon) and July 4 (morning) sessions of the conference.
- Coffee breaks on July 2, 3, and 4.
- Lunches on July 2 and 3 at the AKSS premises.
- Dinner on July 2.
- Conference material (photocopies, etc.).

3) Sessions of the conference, July 1 – 5.
This option includes:
- Attendance in all sessions of the conference (July 1 afternoon until July 5 early afternoon).
- Coffee breaks on July 2, 3, and 4.
- Lunches on July 2, 3, and 4 at the AKSS premises.
- Dinner on July 2.
- Conference material (photocopies, etc.).
This option does not include accommodation arrangements.

4) Undergraduate and graduate students, July 1 – 5.
This option includes:
- Attendance in all sessions of the conference (July 1 afternoon until July 5 early afternoon).
- Coffee breaks on July 2, 3, and 4.
- Dinner on July 2.
- Conference material (photocopies, etc.).
This option does not include accommodation arrangements.

Are you planning to be accompanied by a partner or a friend, who is also attending the conference?
Your feedback will help us coordinate your and your partner’s/friend’s accommodation in the same double room with the AKSS.

Important information:

Number of participants
Accommodation in the venue is limited and cannot accept more than 24 participants in double rooms and 6 participants in single rooms. Participants will be accepted on a first-come/first-served basis.
Confirmation of participation is directly connected to the completion of the wire-transfer to the AKSS (see cost of participation below).
Please keep in mind that as soon as the maximum number of participants is covered, registrations will close.

Accommodation and room arrangements
Participants of the conference will stay in single or double rooms at the AKSS premises. Reservations will be on a first-come/first-served arrangement.
Please note that participants will be accommodated in AKSS-rooms with private bathrooms located outside the room-space. Bathrooms will be on the same building floor and very close to each room. AKSS will make sure to accommodate participants of the same sex in each floor.
*The organizers have no special arrangements with any hotels other than the venue of the Anargyrios and Korgialenios School of Spetses.

Transportation
Participants are fully responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the location and the venue of the conference.

Meals and other incidentals
Apart from the meals and coffee breaks mentioned above, participants are responsible for other meal arrangements and incidental expenses associated with their presence and participation in the conference.

* The organizers of the conference offer no stipends or any other kind of compensation to the participants/attendants of the conference and do not cover any other expenses related to their participation, other than those described above.
