Application Form

Please fill out the application completely before you click on the “Submit” button at the end of the form. The system will not save incomplete applications.

As part of the application process, please prepare the following documents in PDF format:

  1. Resume in English
  2. English Language Certification

The deadline for all submissions is Sunday, May 21, 2023 midnight (Eastern European Time). Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of submission email (check your spam folder too). In case you fail to receive it, contact us immediately.

All references must be received by Wednesday, May 24, 2023 midnight (Eastern European Time). Once you have completed your application, the CHS system will automatically contact your referee and ask them to fill out a brief questionnaire. It is your responsibility to follow up with your referee about the completion of this questionnaire.

The selection process will conclude by June 10. Selected participants will receive acceptance messages via email, along with instructions regarding the confirmation of their participation and the submission of other related forms. A waitlist will also be maintained.
